What we are building

Structure around the building. Evidence behind every claim.

Our aim is to connect documents, systems, responsibilities, events and changes into a record that can be understood, not to reproduce a shared drive in a new interface.

01

Building Record

Capture design, strategy, responsibilities, spaces and key building information in one structured view.

02

Safety Systems

Maintain records for fire protection, smoke control, sprinklers, firefighting, structure and other safety-critical systems.

03

Controlled Evidence

Connect revision-controlled documents to the things they describe, retaining provenance, status and verification.

04

Digital Logbook

Preserve the operational chronology of tests, maintenance, incidents, impairments and contractor attendance.

05

Change History

Record what changed, the reason, approval, affected information and evidence produced by the completed work.

06

Verifiable Audit Trail

Use cryptographic file-integrity checks and tamper-evident records to make historical evidence more defensible.

Our commitment

Basic management will be free for individual buildings.

We believe basic tools should be accessible. The existence of a statutory requirement should not become an excuse to put every useful capability behind an enterprise contract.

We are not accepting payments or claiming the complete application exists today. If you would like to help shape it, register your interest.

What portability means to us

Your building information should remain exportable in useful formats. A change of software, manager or owner should not break the record or remove access to its history. Portability is a product requirement, not an afterthought.
